Frequently Asked Questions:

Where is your office?

Our office is conveniently located in the Moiliili area at 1018 Kemole Lane, Honolulu, Hawaii 96826. You will enjoy the ease of parking immediately in front of our office building while avoiding hectic downtown traffic.  We value the history of our building and its historic location. Our kama'aina clients love to visit our office as they understand the importance of preserving Hawai'i's landscape.

What If I'm Not Able To Walk Up Stairs?

Our location at 1018 Kemole Lane, Honolulu, Hawaii 96826 provides two conference room. One of which is on the ground floor.

Why do you charge a consult fee?

Our practice provides a complete analysis of your case and dedicate enough time in a comprehensive plan for you to consider. We understand most of our clients have never consulted with an attorney before and may have only seen commercials about attorneys on contingency fees. Our office billing procedures can be compared to your experience at a doctor's office. Our consultation fees are billed at a rate outlined in the paperwork all of our clients receive. It is our way of making sure you know what to expect ahead of time.

I am a prior client. Why do I need to fill out forms again?

Once the legal matter(s) you originally retained our office to assist you with has been completed, your case file is closed. When you contact us at a later date, will need to re-open your file. New paperwork will need to be completed to reflect the updated information regarding your new appointment. We know completing our forms can be time consuming but it is important that we have an accurate view of your current affairs to properly advise you.

How long is the wait for an appointment?

Depending on when you contact our office, will determine what dates and times are available.  Sometimes our calendar becomes full of appointments for people who have contacted our office prior to you and because of this, we are not able to offer you an appointment right away. We will do our best to find a date and time that will work for you.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

You will need to schedule an appointment to be able to meet with an attorney. We also suggest to contact our office if you are planning to stop in for matters outside of meeting with an attorney. This is to ensure someone will be available to assist you.
